A McDonalds voucher chain has been accused of breaching children’s advertising guidelines by claiming they can’support schools in the community’.
McDonald’s UK had previously insisted it aimed only to ‘give people the chance to shop in the community and help them gain the skills and confidence to help themselves and their families’.
Now McDonald’s has confirmed that the compan오바마카지노y is now taking a harder line on its own vouchers scheme, which aims to give “people the chance to shop in the community and help them gain the skills and confidence to help themselves and their families”.
In a statement to BuzzFeed News, McDonald’s UK said: “McDonalds are committed to supporting people in the community, and in fact our education policy explicitly states that our products are only provided to children and youth who have access to and would benefit from the free or at least affordable supply, and which can contribute to the health of the community.”
But the policy did not mean they were not taking the voucher model too seriously. “As a result of our policy change on the distribution of McDonald’s, we have found that some of our voucher products are inappropriate for some age groups and communities, and we apologise for any offence caused by this,” a spokesperson added.
The company has now updated its policies and says, “McDonald’s is a company with a strong social responsibility agenda, including: protecting children and families from unnecessary physical abuse, and providing education and training programmes that provide value for money to local community organisations.
“The McDonald’s of the future will be committed to encouraging a healthy food culture through positive, healthy, and sustainable community-building initiatives, and using our existing network of over 1.6 million local businesses a안산출장마사지 안산출장안마nd communities to drive local economic regeneration.
“The food, drink and hospitality industry is diverse and it is important that we remain accessible to all,” the statement continues. “We recognise that the way we work also reflects the different communities in which we operate.”
In the past, McDonald’s has promised to provide a place for children to meet to discuss how food and drink can ch출장 안마ange childrens lives, to promote healthy eating and health, to offer education and job training, and to “support schools in the community”.
